Let your buying office or the supplier know these things:
A Exactly what you are looking for, including the package of your requirement. It will be more helpful for the suppliers to offer you a correct quotation. Sending vague or incomplete requests are far less likely to be taken seriously by potential suppliers or the exact quotation
B What is the quantity of your order?
As you know, it will influence the price directly.
C Who are you? What is your detailed contact manner and location?
It is likely to be quoted seriously by potential suppliers
D What is your expected price range? (It is not the must condition.)
